We support our clients in unlocking the true potential of Intelligent Automation using emerging digital technologies, enabling cost efficiencies at scale, and fuelling client growth journey towards embedding automation across whole enterprises in a scalable and sustainable roadmap.
Intelligent Automation team is a part of Digital Lighthouse comprising experts in various automation-specific skillsets (RPA, low code/no code, AI, among many others) and experience in helping understand our client’s needs clearly and assist with their automation strategy, change management and tailored implementation approach.
What we do
The services offered by our team cover the length and breadth of an enterprise automation implementation journey and can be scaled up and down based on where our clients are placed in terms of their evolution pathway and individual needs.
The services we offer include:
01 Strategy and roadmap:
We provide guidance and thought leadership on how to best identify, evaluate and prioritise end-to-end processes ripe for automation – which ones to proceed with and those that need alternative consideration. Additionally, we can advise on which technology will be apt for client-specific implementation, a roadmap to progressively scale up and evolve considering people, process, and technology change aspects.
02 Opportunity identification & proof of concept:
We conduct assessments to identify automation opportunities across various business processes and functions. We understand emerging technology requires a leap of faith for the uninitiated and to help our clients with the strategic buy-in, our delivery methodology focuses on proving technology investment with a small quickly delivered PoC using a couple of targeted processes to highlight the business benefits and RoI with minimal risk appetite.
03 Design and implementation:
We design and implement automation solutions using various technologies, including RPA, low code/no code, and AI. Our team works closely with clients to understand their business requirements and design automation solutions that meet those requirements.
04 Centre of Excellence (CoE) implementation:
We will work with you to identify and establish your organisation's optimum functional operating model to maximise the impact and benefits of automation. We can assist with team and governance framework setup, roles and responsibilities, training needs, and technology standards and best practices.
05 Vendor selection, infrastructure and development:
We work with clients to help select fit-for-purpose leading automation platform providers and assist with platform setup and configuration needs. Our teams of experts have working knowledge and extensive access to the latest market research to ensure we understand your needs and we can recommend the optimum solution for you.
06 Automation governance and management:
We provide automation governance and management services to help clients manage their automation solutions at scale. Our team establishes automation governance frameworks and provides ongoing management and maintenance services to ensure that automation solutions deliver value and meet clients' expectations.

Intelligent Automation Chapter Lead
Abhishek is a skilled IT professional with over 16+ years of IT consulting experience in delivering medium to large-scale system implementations, Information Management, and Digital Transformation solutions. He is the lead for the Intelligent Automation Chapter in KPMG, a responsibility that covers the delivery of consulting services for Digital Work Management, Robotic Process Automation, Intelligent Automation, and Intelligent Document Processing solutions.<br /> <br /> Abhishek’s strength lies in the ability to identify opportunities for automation and to design and implement Digital automation solutions that meet the needs of businesses and clients.<br /> <br /> Abhishek is also empathetic and builds relationships of trust, making him an ideal consultant for ambiguous and complex projects with tight deadlines and conflicting priorities.
