The Innovation Hub team supports our clients through their digital transformation journey, bringing innovation to the core of their business. We build a space where people can collaborate, share ideas, and make key decisions that will enable our clients to find the best solutions for their business’s needs.
Our team sits between clients and our technical Digital Lighthouse chapters. We bring together clients and a team of experts to better understand our clients’ problems, translating these into a roadmap with next steps, technical requirements, whilst ensuring risks are raised and bottlenecks are identified.
As a result, we design solutions that are both built to last and target key business issues, delivering maximum value to our clients.
What we do

01 Ideation sessions:
We offer brainstorming and ideation sessions to help you generate and refine your ideas. Our team of experienced mentors and coaches can help you think creatively and explore new possibilities.
02 Digital labs:
We offer workshops to our clients to help them to have a digital mindset when solving problems, converting non-digital into digital solutions.
03 Prototyping:
We bring ideas to life. We will work with you to develop prototypes to allow you to interact with your solution before development begins. Our processes are designed to create prototypes quickly and efficiently.
04 Scope and requirements support:
We work with clients and KPMG teams to refine scope and gather technical requirements for our projects. Our teams of experts will get together with you to ensure we understand your needs and we can deliver the best solution for you.

Her experience working for a variety of clients and industries combined with her management consulting, data and analytics and technical skills, give her the perfect stack of knowledge to make a difference to our clients, by bringing innovation to their business through designing and building digital solutions. Specialities: Data and Analytics, Insights and Visualisation, data modelling, Retail, Supply Chain and Operations, Collaboration, Design thinking.
