I’ve been fortunate to spend the last seventeen years developing retail strategy and leading business transformation for retail and product clients globally, currently forming part of our global CoE Leadership Team for Retail and Operations.

My expertise lies in supply chain and procurement, retail integrated business planning, in-store development and operations, and customer experience. I’ve led SAP and Oracle implementations across the US, UK, Australia, Asia and most recently in New Zealand, I’ve led the development and implementation of retail-specific analytical solutions for On-Shelf-Availability, Order Optimization, and Network Optimization.
